SCC
The Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Checklist Contractors (SCC) offers to entrepreneurs an excellent tool to detect the weak spots in the care for HSE. This in turn leads to more careful and efficient working, less accident damage, more continuity, and the resulting cost savings. The SCC is available in a general, extended schedule SCC** and a limited schedule SCC*. This limited schedule is intended for smaller companies that do not outsource work to subcontractors and do not carry out extremely risky work.
Normec QS
More and more waste and more and more landfill fields means more and more foil fields to close things off. Concrete and steel pipes are increasingly being replaced by HDPE and other plastics. Normec QS provides guidance and control over the entire process of laying, welding and testing. The inspectors have a good knowledge of welding methods and procedures. They offer a helping hand in preparing, supervising and drawing up welding method descriptions and welding method and welder qualifications. The welders of DL Plastics B.V. are therefore qualified in accordance with the welding recommendations DIV.499.1130 by Normec QS.
KIWA
We have been certified with the KIWA Process Certificate BRL-K (K57404/06). The process certificate "Processing plastic foil" relates to the quality of the implementation and processing of plastic foil for environmental protection for, among other things, bottom and top seals of waste dumps, oil tank terminals, waste water basins, soil and sludge depots and sealing membranes for hydraulic engineering and environmental engineering works.

TUV Nord has stated that the Safety, Health and Environmental Management System of DL Plastics B.V. assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements in accordance with the SCC* 2017/6.0 standard under the scope of application: “The on-site processing and application of plastic foil and plastic sheet for environmental and civil works”. NACE Code 42.99.
